Effective Date: February 4, 2025
1) General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including (but not limited to)
abusive behavior, violation of policies, or non-compliance with payment terms.
2) Choking Hazard & Buyer Responsibility
All products sold by D+M 3D Printing are not intended for children under 10 years old.
Many items contain small or fragile parts that may break and pose a choking hazard.
By purchasing from us, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe use, handling, and storage of all products.
D+M 3D Printing is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper supervision.
3) Orders & Deposits
All orders are custom-made and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A deposit of up to 50% may be required for custom orders before production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or pickup.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
4) No Refunds & All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
5) Production & Shipping
Production times vary based on order volume and complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.
Shipping costs and delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
6) Product Quality & Expectations
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process, and minor imperfections
(layer lines, slight variations, or small support marks) are normal.
These are expected characteristics of 3D printed items and do not qualify as defects.
We aim to provide clean, high-quality prints, but buyers should understand that no print will be 100% perfect.
7) Intellectual Property & Design Rights
Any custom designs submitted by customers remain their intellectual property. However, D+M 3D Printing retains the right
to refuse production of any design that violates copyright laws, licensing terms, or our discretion.
We may showcase completed prints (excluding proprietary or confidential designs) on our website or social media for promotional purposes.
8) Third-Party Services & Liability
We use third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, and STLFlix for transactions, communication, and marketing.
We are not responsible for data leaks, security breaches, or service issues caused by third-party providers.

10) Disclaimer of Liability
All products are sold as-is, with no warranties, express or implied.
D+M 3D Printing is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if a product is suitable for their intended use.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
